SOMETIMES, SOMETHING EXISTS BUT IT STILL ISN’T EASY TO UNDERSTAND OR USE

Not every gap means something new needs to be created.

Information, services or support may already exist, but finding them, understanding what they mean or knowing what to do next can still be difficult.

Our programmes respond to some of those practical gaps.

SOME THINGS ARE HAPPENING NOW. OTHERS ARE STILL TAKING SHAPE

We start by looking at what’s already known, what already exists and where people may still be getting stuck. Then we work out whether there is something useful We’re Good can do about it.

CARERS CONNECTED

Making the caring journey easier to understand and navigate.

Caring can be emotionally and physically draining.

This is in addition to dealing with different services, appointments, assessments, information and responsibilities, often without anyone explaining or showing you how it all fits together.

Our programme looks at the caring journey, from the carer’s point of view.

What should happen at each stage, what support already exists, where things can become difficult to navigate and where We’re Good could make a practical difference.

In development for early 2027.

LIVING WELL WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES

Making life with Type 2 Diabetes easier to understand, navigate and manage.

Our programme explores the type 2 diabetes journey,
beyond diagnosis.

Being diagnosed can come with a lot of information, appointments and advice, without always making it clear how everything fits together.

We’ll discuss what people need to understand, what to look out for, what checks and support are available, and where reliable information can be found.

In development for early-mid 2027.

NAVIGATING MY NHS

Making NHS digital tools and easier to understand and use.

Our programme explains the digital healthcare journey
in an everyday context.

Healthcare is increasingly accessed and managed through digital services, but knowing which tool to use, where information will appear or what to do next isn’t always straightforward.

We’ll look at the usual GP practice journey and how digital NHS tools support booking appointments, follow-up, results and referrals.

WHY THESE AREAS?

Our programmes don’t start with an idea for something we want to deliver. They start with a gap we think is worth understanding.
