There is already a huge amount of information about Lambeth: public data, council reports, research, consultations, strategies and the experiences people have shared.
We look across those sources to understand:
WE DON’T NEED MORE INFORMATION FOR THE SAKE OF IT. WE NEED TO KNOW WHAT IT MEANS FOR EVERYDAY LIFE.
HEALTH AND WELLBEING
We’re looking at what local data and research tell us about health needs, access to services and whether useful information and support are reaching people in ways they can understand and use.
ACCESS AND INFORMATION
We’re looking at where information, services and support already exist, but may still be difficult to find, navigate, understand or act on.
COMMUNITY AND BELONGING
We’re looking at what local research and lived experience tell us about connection, participation and whether people continue to feel that local places and opportunities are for them.
BRIXTON AND NEIGHBOURHOOD CHANGE
We’re looking at how Brixton is changing, what public data and local research can tell us about that change, and what it may mean for the people, places and relationships that make a neighbourhood feel like home.
We identify practical and social gaps through local authority and community sector research, informed by lived experience and community engagement.
Working with residents, professionals and local organisations, we develop programmes and events shaped by the people they’re intended to support.
Our approach brings research, lived experience and collaboration together to bridge gaps in access, understanding, connection and belonging.
What we learn helps us decide what, if anything, We’re Good should do next.
